How fast will my order be dispatched?
Over half of our orders are dispatched the same day they're placed. If you order before 2:00 PM AEST on a business day (Monday–Thursday), your order will typically go out that day. Friday orders are dispatched the same day where possible, or on the following Monday.
Can I get express shipping?
We currently offer standard shipping across Australia. With a median processing time under 24 hours and 2–4 day transit, most customers receive their order within a week.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes within Australia via Australia Post.
My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?
Tracking can take 12–24 hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking hasn't moved after 48 hours, please contact our team and we'll investigate.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
The carrier will leave a card and attempt redelivery, or you can arrange collection from your local post office. Specific options depend on your carrier.
